In our study we are using the Lasemar R 808 nm Laser Surgical Diode. It is characterized by a solid state laser source at Gallo's Arsenide (GaAs) with fiber optic emission and can be transported at home. The termination of the fiber is made with different accessories and tips specifically designed for different medical applications. The Diode provides a maximum power of 30 W, with an invisible wavelength of 808 mm, corresponding to the near infrared. The high power and reliability of the diode source provide the operator with a flexible tool capable of considerable applications and applications. To highlight the radius, the system is equipped with an additional red visible laser diode source with a wavelength of 635 mm and a maximum power of 5 mW.
Triple Effect of the Laser Power Diode

Photothermal: transforms optical energy into heat with local temperature rise (hyperthermia - thermolysis photos - coagulation - vaporization - carbonization - incandescence).
Photochemistry: because it stimulates biochemical-metabolic effects even in depth. Photodynamic: because it makes singlet oxygen develop from photosensitive substances such as chromophores.
